This weekend I took the Journey to Houston to go visit Ella Faith. She was very excited to see me. She stayed up late until I got there (because it took forever to get out of town). On Friday night we hung out and looked at Ella. My dad was there as well. Once it was time to go to bed I asked where I would be sleeping. Since my dad was in town... I gave him the guest bedroom (age before beauty). My sister informed me that I would be sleeping on the couch. See, I named this Blog "Single People are Interesting Too." Well, that is the sort of Interesting things that only Single people get to enjoy!
On Saturday I was first awake from my comfy couch to go get Ella Faith out of bed. We spent all morning playing. I had a blast. That afternoon I got to spend some time with my friend Casey. I love her dearly. I gave her the ole' "I understand talk." She has two older sisters.... I can only imagine. One is plenty for me! I love you Ash.
On Saturday evening Ashley cooked dinner for Dad, Chris, Katie (my cousin), her boyfriend Greg, Ella and I. She made my grandmothers chicken fried steak recipe. It was awesome. It looked and smelled just like my grandma Hazel's did. After dinner Dad decided that we all needed Frozen Yogart because they had No Sugar Added. Since he is noe a diabetic that was music to his ears. The next morning I was back to reality and Dallas Texas. Oh well it was great while it lasted.
